Bullzip results in a huge file

When I recently bullziped an ARCHD sized drawing, which is about 250K in size, the resulting bullzip file as over 5MB in size. I am using 150x150. Any ideas?

Anybody a reason for big file sizes? On one client this is a big size (3MB) on the other a smaller normal size (200kb).
