Problem with 2008 r2 64 bits

Hello,
I'm testing Bullzip in a 2008 r2 64 bits computer.
Installation is OK. From the printer i send a test page, that prints ok, but in the printer spool appears with status "Deleting - Printed".
After that, all the others prints I try are queued forever. When I try to delete the job from the printer spool it doesn't respond.
The user has administrative privileges.
