Dear Support,

Our several reports of application generated every day and we use Bull Zip to convert them in to PDF.

As advised by our Installation team we have reinstall the Bullzip Printer and settings were reconfigured as well.

Bullzip PDF printer was reconfigured a couple of times to test the reports are printing properly or not.

Problem is still there our reports are not published completely in PDF.

Please suggest what to do.

Thanks

If you reports doesn't come out with all the pages they are supposed to then you can try to pause the Bullzip PDF Printer and look at the number of pages in the print queue. Does that look right or are the pages also missing from the print jobs?

Regards,
Jacob

Dear Jacob,

Please see that the application creates only single report in PDF which has many pages of reports.

My problem is after printing. Some pages in PDF missed e.g Billing, Admin and etc.

Thanks

Hi,

It is extremely difficult for me to say what is going on. I recommend that you enable debugging mode. This will leave the temporary files in the %TEMP% folder. Try to identify a job that went wrong and send me the files from that temp folder.

Once I have the data for a job that failed then I have something to work with.

Best regards,
Jacob
