Hi, I did the following thing to correct this.: 1 - install any HP color printer. 2 - go to "C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\color\" 3- in my case, the file installed is "HP PS C3100_C4100-Premium Paper(tricolor+photo).icc" 4 - make a copy of this: "Copy of HP PS C3100_C4100-Premium Paper(tricolor...
